This extension of F+U International, a German International Conglomerate of Schools, Technical Colleges, Academies and Universities was founded in 1980. This complexity of diverse institutes specializes in higher education of applied science degrees, professional education, vocational-technical and language training. Standardization of qualification is the uniformity needed to transform the employability of African graduates at home and world-wide. This F+U’s "e-Learning" and "traditional classroom" out-reach is geared towords the implementation of the Bologna Declaration of June 1999. The “European Credit Transfer System”, (ECTS) a recognition for successful course completion in order to facilitate international mobility and access without extensive or burdensome restrictions to international placement, must become a reality on continental Africa as well. 
F+U works mainly in partnership and co-operation with local national accredited State and Private Universities as well as other state approved Collages, Academies and Vocational institutes. Recently, F+U thorough its "International University of cooperative education", University of Nairobi (Kenya) (Main Applicant), Moi University (Kenya), University of Der Es Salaam (Tanzania) and Makerere University (Uganda) were a warded a grant under an ACP-EU Cooperation Programme in Higher Education. This programm known as EDULINK a provision of the ACP and the European Commision is aimed at fostering capacity building and regional integration in the field of higher education through institutional networking, and to support a quality higher education system that is relevant to the needs of the labour market and consistents in line with ACP socio-economic development priorities Our Professors/educators and those of our partner educational institutes have both the academic background and professional experience to teach real-world knowledge. Our degree programs and Certificates feature various emphasis areas and a comprehensive curriculum geared toward your career goals and the emphasis on added value of European best practices. This program is developed to extend quality education to distant students and proffesianals across the ACP states ( (Africa, Caribbean & Pacific ) and beyond. e-ducation is flexible through our Virtual Campus.
